For the “Start-up Fair”, there is no slot mechanism. Each start-up company needs to register with us and send us the details about their venture and role(s) offered. Selected start-ups come to campus and market their ventures to attract students and select potential candidates. The following parameters are taken into consideration by students: attractiveness and innovativeness of the business idea, the employees and the board, the nature of the internship projects given, stipend offered, etc. Start-up firms can put up their stalls in the campus with necessary information like company brochures, etc. Provision can be made if a company wants to make a presentation to students. Based on the internship project work, the concerned organization can also make a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to the student, acceptance of which is decided upon by the student during 2^nd year or at the end of MBA.
