It is a 2-day event conceptualized by the Entrepreneurship Cell of IIM Kozhikode. It is scheduled on first weekend of October, 2008 (4th & 5th Oct, 2008).
Considering the interest of PGP12 students in entrepreneurship, E-Cell is organizing a “Start-up Fair” on 4th & 5th of October, 2008. This will be a part of the summer placements process but will precede the main process. The main objective of this 2-day event is to provide an opportunity for start-ups to visit the campus, interact and select interested candidates for summer internship. It provides a platform for the 1st year PGP students to work in a new/young business as part of their summer internship. It would also provide them an all round business exposure and a great learning experience. The selected students provide practical/feasible solutions to real time problems/situations in the organization. It is also a good means for networking for budding entrepreneurs. Benefits/Takeaways:-
